Northfield NFB-F5E Big Mon, Engelmann Spruce, Maple - NEW

(NEW) We are proud to be a Northfield dealer and unofficially "Big Mon Central" as we stock and sell just about as many of these wonderful mandolins as anyone.  Our latest arrival has an Engelmann spruce top, bookmatched flamed maple back, maple sides and neck and a lovely traditional sunburst.  

The Big Mon is a bit larger than a standard F-style, and rings a little deeper and a little louder.  This one has a standard 1 1/8" nut, ivoroid body, neck and peghead binding and binding on the black plastic pickguard.  It has the wonderfully functional Gilchrist/Northfield tailpiece, making string changes a breeze.  Includes Airloom Recurve case and a whole barrel full of good times!
