Bourgeois M5A-BT Mandolin, Torrefied Adirondack Spruce, Torrified Maple, Black Top - NEW

(NEW) Bourgeois set out to impress with their first mandolin model, the M5A.  This A-Style uses torrefied "Aged Tone" domestic Adirondack spruce for the top, and torrefied European maple for the back, sides and neck.  Now they've released a black top version, which looks equally handsome!

Guitarists who double on mandolin will appreciate the "wider" 1 and 5/32" nut width (usually standard on oval-hole instruments) and the appointments are classic, through and through: ebony fingerboard, ivoroid peghead, neck and body binding, high gloss finish, Waverly Golden Age tuners and an engraved James tailpiece (the BEST for changing strings with ease!) 

Includes a very nice rectangle (violin-style) case w/ shroud and build-in hydrometer.
